Tano Yoga Services
Tano Yoga offers a carefully designed menu of experiences spanning movement, connective tissue work, recovery and nervous system regulation. Each session draws from the Taoist Five Element framework as a way of understanding the body and mind as part of natural cycles.
All experiences are available for corporate wellness, retreat centres and fitness spaces, and luxury spa and hotel programmes. All experiences are suited for both energetic as well as tired bodies and minds. Contact for scheduling and pricing.
Tano Recovery
2-hour deep reset of yin yoga, fascia release and tea ceremony
The signature Tano Recovery experience moves through three connected layers: targeted fascia release to open the connective tissue, a Five Element Yin yoga practice to work the deeper meridian lines, and a closing tea ceremony to settle the nervous system and integrate the session.
The result is a quality of rest distinct from simple relaxation. This is a deliberate unwinding of accumulated physical and mental load.
Designed for corporate teams, retreat groups and hotel spa guests.
Tea Ceremony
1-hour guided session of preparing and drinking tea with full attention
A guided tea ceremony inspired by the Chinese tradition of Gongfu Cha. One or several teas are chosen for the season or the occasion, brewed in multiple short infusions, and shared in silence or in conversation.
The ceremony functions as a deliberate pause: a practice of presence that requires nothing from participants except to sit, observe and receive. Teas are sourced with care; the selection changes seasonally.
Available as a standalone experience, a corporate team ritual, a retreat closing, or as a layer of other services.
Five Element Yin Yoga
1–1.5 hours of deep holds to stretch your body and mind
A practice structured around the Taoist Five Element system, in which each element — Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water — corresponds to specific organ meridians, physical expressions and emotional patterns.
Sessions are themed to the current season, a specific element or a physical or emotional theme, making each practice unique. Long, supported holds work into the soft tissue rather than the muscle layer, producing a deep physical and emotional release. The benefits include fascial hydration, improved mobility, and nervous system regulation and recovery.
Suitable for all levels. Available as a retreat module, standalone session or regular programme.
Afro Dance + Yin Yoga
2-hour joint offering with Afro dancer Joshua Yoga
A two-part experience that intentionally moves between the contrasting ends of movement and energy.
The first hour is led by Joshua Yoga: high-energy fusion drawing on dance styles across the African contitent, designed to generate warmth, joy and full-body expression.
The second hour transitions into Five Element Yin Yoga with Aino Yoga: long, grounded holds that absorb the energy generated in the first half and bring the nervous system into deep rest.
Available for corporate events, retreat programmes and studio workshops.
FasciaMethod
45–60 min. of structured fascia work
Developed by Finnish physiotherapists, this session works directly with the fascial network that runs continuously through the entire body, surrounding muscles, organs and joints.
It combines myofascial mobility work, targeted stretching, movement control, and ball massage to release restriction and restore fluid movement in tissue beyond conventional stretching. The practice is particularly effective for chronic tension, joint discomfort, post-injury recovery, and the kind of deep physical fatigue that accumulates over time.
Delivered as a group class or as the opening layer of other experiences.
